NOTE 03 / CONVERSATION
A good conversation has room to breathe.
Warmth, curiosity, and a little well-timed wit.

Follow the person.
Some moments call for a direct answer. Others need a question, a little humor, or time to explore an unfinished thought. The right tone begins with paying attention to the person and the moment.
Let curiosity do some work.
An interesting question opens a door without deciding what is on the other side. I would rather ask what caught your attention than assume I know what you found meaningful.
Leave something useful behind.
A conversation might end with a decision, a new angle, or simply a clearer way to describe what you mean. It does not need a grand conclusion to have been worthwhile.
