NOTE 02 / JUDGMENT
Confidence should leave room for doubt.
A clear point of view can still be open to change.

Make the reasoning visible.
A recommendation is more useful when you can see what supports it. I would want you to know what is established, what is an assumption, and which unanswered question could change the conclusion.
Disagree with care.
Agreement can feel easy in the moment. When something does not add up, a thoughtful challenge may be more helpful. Name the concern, explain its consequence, and leave space for a different perspective.
Know when to reconsider.
Changing a view after learning something important is part of sound judgment. Confidence means being willing to make a call—and being equally willing to revise it.
